exchanges & returns
bhane. offers a free collection service for returns and exchanges. under most circumstances, returns and exchanges/credits are allowed within 21 days from the date of purchase.
to process a return or exchange, simply visit the ‘return policy’ tab at the bottom of the bhane. website. enter your e-mail id and order number in the option below return policy and click lookup. select ‘return’ or ‘exchange’ for the relevant garment from the drop-down menu, and our team will be in touch to confirm the pickup of your garment. the package will be picked up within 2-3 working days.
for exchanges: we will exchange the garment for a new piece of the same style, in the size of your choosing at the time of pickup.
for returns: once your returned items are received, we will process your refund in the form of online store credit within 48 hours. you will receive an e-mail confirmation once the store credit is in your account and ready to use.
you may also request to receive your refund via cheque or online transfer/neft, which will be sent 20-25 business days after the warehouse has received the returned garment(s). (please note that in a refund, the original shipping charge will not be included).
all marked down/discounted items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
all accessories are not eligible for exchange or return.
if you want to cancel an order please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at +918800940700. once your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will not be able to cancel the order. however, you can opt to return it to us after receiving it. we will refund the full amount to your account.
goods are faulty if damaged when received, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months of purchase. items damaged as result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. where possible, we will offer to repair or replace faulty items. if you would like to exchange your item, we can replace it for the same product in the same size - subject to availability. you will receive a full refund in the form of store credit if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. for faulty goods, please email email@example.com or call us at +91 8800940700.
chances are you won’t have to return the gifts someone got for you from bhane. but just in case this happens, you may exchange it for store credit on the bhane. site. the store credit is automatically deducted from your next purchase, and the credit remains valid for 2 years. please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call our customer service (+91 8800940700) to accommodate the same.
